While WinNT can run 32-bit apps, its code is closer to Windows 3.1 or
Windows for Workgroups 3.11, than we like. Indeed WinNT is no
multimedia friendly than Windows, although you can make it friendlier
by using a gung ho RISC processor. Windows '95, if it ever comes out
in time, is more promising and more multimedia friendly. We'll see.
