Thanks for the info regarding the Windoze API and Toolbook double
buffering. Perhaps that is why Toolbook has a reputation of being
very troublesome with different video drivers. I heard of one person
who did tests with TB on numerous PCs and almost 50% of the PCs
didn't run TB correctly. I also experienced this with my one project.
