#OS's
Dan,
<The best was a couple of years ago when I saw something very similar. The
only difference was the pointer was moving around the screen opening and
closing various screens. Apparently, someone was attempting to find the
problem – not very successfully. I got a good chuckle out of that one.>
It's a shame there isn't an 800 number one can call when these things
happen. I'd love to help someone get the Preview Amiga up and running again,
or just tell them it's crashed (which is what I see most often). Ah
well…it's always fixed by the next morning. 🙂
<BTW, on the other part of my message – does the Amiga have training tapes like
the PC? I seem to remember _Something_ when the Amiga first came out, but I
personally don't see that much of a need for it.>
There may have been something like that 'back in '85, but I've never seen
it, nor really found a need for it. There is (or was) one for Imagine and
maybe one for Lightwave as well, and I did see a demo tape for DCTV. It would
be a nice idea (for dealers) if AT made something along the lines of the DCTV
tape to show in their shops though.
