I haven't seen any internet capabilities in OS3.1. Compared to OS3.0 there are
some internal optimizations like faster graphics routines. The support of the
older ECS chip set (OS 3.0 was intended only for AGA Amigas), a (buggy)
CD-Filesystem and something I have forgotten at this moment.
The other advantage is that of some application features which can only be
achieved under 3.0 or 3.1 like the features of third party graphics boards.
Remember: there is _NO_ RTG implemented yet. Most gfx boards work flawlessly
but they cannot use RTG because it doesn't exist!
IMHO is it worth to upgrade from 2.1 to 3.1. Upgrading from 3.0 to 3.1 doesn't
give significant advantages.
