How about when you show them a preview and they think it is what the final animation will look like (argh!). Give the client what they want. Yeah right, most of them don't know anything about broadcast design. Lets use bad colors and the wrong fonts. Just because you have something that you like on paper doesn't mean it will translate to video, especially VHS.
