Granted – but good dealers should be prepared to support their customers. We hope to be able to by February, and trust that no one will put a major timedependent project on right away – or Murphy's law will prevail!! on a new product for sure. For the time being, we're making our demo unit available for backup, should the need arise. But our customer has to have a tape backup system to get the project moved. Finally, the excitement is justified!!
