I am getting my system through K.J. Computers, in Granada Hills, Ca.
they are just a small shop in the S.F.valley. I'm pretty sure they don't
do any mail order, and they rarly have the best prices. But it is a
friendly place with great customer service. It is a good place to hang
out, and you can usualy run in to someone you recognize from the Toaster
and Amiga world.
Mike at KJ quoted me the prices. He said that there is a glut on the 2Gig
drives the 9Gigs are scarce but not imposible to get and the 4Gig is
somewhere in the middle. He also said that NewTek is only shipping whole
systems. In other words, once NewTek Gets your money from your dealer you
are first in line for the next flyer unless they don't have your drives
handy. They wont send just the Flyer, then the drives as they get them.
