I remember a while back Gary Yost explained just how they did that in the intro the the 94 siggraph reel. Basically, create your text in a package like Photoshop. Then map that onto a large rectangle which you fly past your camera. Use distance cueing and off it goes into nothingness. It's simple really. You just need to use a high enough res text map for it to look perfect. Good luck. DM
