Tim, I just gave Alejandro some of the basic differances between the PVR and the PAR. There is much more data available in the libraries which provide all the details on the two systems — in English. I thought he might have a hard time reading all that so I provided him with a synopsis. To sum it up, get the PVR: its the same price as the PAR but it will let you edit video and allow you to store much more on up to nine hard disks. The only "advantage" of the PAR, as far as I can tell (I don't have a PVR) is that you can render directly to it from 3DS with the Pyros PAROUT utility. That's about it. Adios, amigo. Alec Jason
