PMFJI, but the delay is not measured in nanoseconds but in milliseconds. A full-frame TBC can easily add 33 milliseconds to your video signal. Then, should you use a Toaster digital effect that re-maps your video, another 2 frames (67 msec) are added. (Look for DV1, DV2, and your input buttons shown depressed at the same time.) If you need the very best dub done (and have the money), use an audio delay the compensate for the TBC delay. Or, as you found out, just run directly from machine to machine.
