Nik, Why is this "free update for Animator Studio"-slogan not carried throughout the world? Immediately after I first spotted this message I contacted my dealer and they contacted the Autodesk Head Office in the Netherlands: the answer was that, even at the time I'm writing this, the upgrade is still not available in the Netherlands and Autodesk Holland is still thinking about whether or not to send it out free. The price differences between the States and Holland are bad enough as it is but I have come to accept them (reluctantly <g>) but now to be handled as a second class user: why are USA customers handled more equal than others? Is there something that can be done for me and fellow AS users here? ciao MJB
