>> I recently received v. 1.1 of Ani Studio, and it loads fine under Win95. However, if I attempt to cut and paste videos I consistently get "not enough memory" errors. I'm running with 16MB RAM, and have plenty of swap space… anyone else seeing this problem. Any resolutions? << there are many probably causes for this. here are a few things to check: memory can be taken up by other applications. close down all sessions, remove or disable screen savers and wallpaper. close out all sessions and reinitialize Windows from scratch so that any previous use of swap file space is scrapped. depending on the work you're doing, 16MB may not be nearly enough. for large movie files, more RAM may be required. work in smaller chunks (segments) if needed. most folks i knpow use 32MB or more for basic work in this application. check you system configuration files. even though you have 16MB, all of it may not be available depending on how it has been managed. make sure your swap file is 50MB minimum for 16MB RAM. 50MB is not "plenty"… rather, adequate, perhaps. i usually recommend 100MB swap for basic tasks with 16MB. keep us up to dtae on your progress, let us know if these suggestions help. -dave
