WinCIM, with Auto-Pilot on, does exactly all the above, and I really find it impossible to believe that any other program can do it faster. I'm not saying WinCIM is the best (for one thing, I don't like the fact that I can't easily translate message threads into a Word for Windows document without clipboard) but it certainly fulfills the autonavigator function quite nicely.
