Just use the Map button in your thread and you can see the tree structure and jump to any particular point you want — it's very intuitive. I really like WinCIM — I suspect the following for these kinds of programs is similar to Word Processing wars — but I'd switch in a minute if anyone could tell me of a program that would allow me to transparently (i.e. one button) load message threads into a Word document (for saving).
