Hi Anne, Thanks for your help. I use the auto-pilot feature, read about it here, and it sounds like it is as fast at downloading as anything else. Maybe not as many bells and whistles as Navcis\Tapcis (spell checker would be good for me <g>). Don't want to start a thread like 3ds benchmark but….. I logged on, sent messages from out box, downloaded 3 sections of this forum, downloaded 3 sections of the acad forum, retrieved mail messages and logged off all automaticaly in 2:45. This is a typical session for me . My bill is $50+ per month. 3 min. x 30 days =1.5 hrs,\mnth. At .10c\ min connect time and $10.00 a month subscription fee I should be @ $20 per month. I Know that you are not a c-serve employee and this is not your dept. I had to get on a soapbox I guess and feel better now. I think this forum is the greatest, c-serve in general however……… mark
