I still haven't had the chance to finish reading about that. I have read some articles, somewhere, about AutoCAD being used as the graphical map database for 911 emergency centers. When someone calls in, the computer automatically compares their phone number with the address database and pulls the right view of the AutoCAD map. It can even be faxed directly to the responding emergency vehicles while in route. Cool, huh!!! >>and wish we could have discussed this in the bleachers instead.
