John, << I get the message in the top left requester that "AmiTCP Failed">> You only get a short amount of time to click on the OK button at the AMItcp guilt screen before this message comes up. So as soon as the OK button unghosts (is that a word?) click on it and see if your HD starts clicking away. If we found the problem you should get a window in the corner of your screen saying complete. This would mean you and CIS have become one and you can start up some sort of browser (Amosaic,Thor,Alynx and so on). Jim
