I see now the Amiga range is listed and shown in the lasted dealer
catalogue/price list from SDL.
The 4000T looks nice, or it's case does. About the only flaw is the price and I
honestly think there'll not sell when they get placed next to a 133Mhz Pentium
when you compare the prices, especially when you don't even get a monitor. On
top of this (and sorry Escom) Escom staff have a hard enough time selling PCs
as is it, so what there'll do with the Amiga I don't know. About the only good
thing going for the Amiga is that it won't need as much support as the PCs need
due to it's good OS, but this is something a saleman will never mention.
Talking Tandy and the US connection, I would think it a strong connection, as
there shops seem to staffed by US folk more than UK folk. Also, if Tandy do
stock Amiga, it'll be the first time they've stocked a good computer. What
image this will place on the Amiga is anyones guess however.
