Peter, When you see an error, it means that the sending computer has had to re-send a block to the receiving computer because of some error. If you see only one or two of these, your file should be fine. If there are very many, it is best to stop and start over. Now that you have LHA138.RUN, copy it to ram: Then, CD RAM: Then type: LHA138.RUN When the activity stops, type: COPY LHA C: (That puts it in your commands directory, always ready for use.) Then, copy the doc files to a floppy or convenient spot on your hard drive. You're doing fine! —Betty
