the Customer Service Helpline. Just a note to help your friend- these people
recommend the following modem settings:-
Handshaking-XON/XOFF,Parity-0,Bits/Char-7,stop bits-1
I think you're friend will find more success
with:-Handshaking-RTS/CTS,Parity-0,Bits/Char-8,stop bits-1.
