Juan. You don't need a modulator for the 1084S monitor, you can connect it directly to any Amiga using the correct cable. CBM did make the 1084 in various models and different connectors, Analog RGB (Amiga), Digital RGBI (TTL(for CBM 128 and PC's)), SCART (all thing SCART including the amiga) and Composite Video (in the form of AUDIO-VIDEO-CHROMA inputs (C64 style)). Check your 1084 manual (or the back of the monitor) to see which connection(s) you have. If you want to use the monitor as a TV then use the SCART connections, if you don't have them, you could try using the Composite video sockets but i can't guarentee that this method will work and if it does what the quality would be like.
