Make sure the stopnet-script has the s-bit set and you have IconX in your C:-directory. Also, the 'Amitcp:bin'-directory has to be in your search-path. Try this: open a shell-window, cd to 'Amitcp:bin' and type 'execute stopnet'. If this works, and the icon doesn't, one of the above things is probably the cause.
