Don – I just tried doing what you suggested. I didn't see any default setting. I already had it set to other and tried using some of the others but nothing made a difference. I then tried appending the *tty to my user_id but the system kept saying invalid id. Somewhen along the way I must have changed something else because now everything is in upper case letters. Any idea where I went wrong? -Jack
