Good. Be aware that it kind of sneaks up on you. I went thru denial when it first began at the office. The HP printer at my office gets WAY more use than my home printer (naturally!), so that is where it first showed as needing the rollers buffed. Now after the buffing, it works like it did when new. I'd be sure that HP will furnish you a buffing machine if you need it. You might avoid the rush by writing to them for a machine before you begin to have problems… Luck. L8r. Dickoux
