There is an Front and Icon editor that is supposed to be in the developers tool
kit. Many do not have it yet, but you an get it if you are persistant and know
the right people.
Personaly, Im gona hack the .info files, I know enough about Intuiimages to
proably crack their structure. Then I will write my own editor to create
Icons.

p.s. Fonts are another story, they are
pretty easy to do in ML, but so far, thats the only way.
