What is 'slowing' up the A2000 deliveries is demand. CBM underestimated the
demand for the 2000 and just plain ran out. I don't know if they'll honor the
trade in if ordered before Nov 30th, but word has it that significant shipments
of 2000s may not take place until Dec or Jan.
