Not to be smart…but the 11 flashes mean take it back to the dealer
for an over-the-counter trade for another new machine (presuming yours was
brand new). Otherwise take it in for repair.
The flashes are a diagnostic, what exactly they mean I don't know, but
a repair manual should tell the service shop.
