David, Without wanting to speak for Ron, I believe he meant the dealers! Remember he's speaking of ny here! I also had lots of trouble finding dealers who would take the user group coupon, & this was working from the commodore supplied list of participating dealers! They seem to have a short term view & in the case of the s/w even suggested trying mail order. From no paperwork to we're not sure call back in two weeks, wait for the manager, etc.. they definitely seemed (to me at least) to take a dont bother me attitude. Again this may not be the case in all circumstances it was definitely the impression that I came away with & as stated elsewhere I indeed went M.O. Ena
