I've never participated in a real time conference before, so I don't know the mechanics involved. I think its a good idea assuming enough people are available and willing to participate whenever the conference can be set up. Perhaps setting it up would be easier after a "Forum Bulletin" is established, and people have a place to go for "business' type help.
