As it turns out, we weren't "bought" outright. We have an agreement to
produce the mags for the publisher.
This works out well since Nick, Chris and I will be doing the stuff we do
best, the stuff we love to do – creating magazines. The others will take
care of printing, distribution, the subscribers, the ads. Those are their
strengths. We expect the ads, printing and distribution to work out better
in the future.
The subscribers should see an improvement in service too. Editorially,
expect to see the kind of product that Transactor is known for.
