LC890 Legal-size
Jay, thanks… it confirms that under Rev 47.2, the LC890 is not responding to
the software command to create a legal-length image when the printer's control
panel is set to letter-length. Under 47.1, the letter-length setting could be
over-ridden by software, which was much more convenient (especially when the
printer isn't in the same room as the computer). I guess they tried to fix
something that wasn't broken, and ended up breaking it instead. Appreciate
your help… now, if anyone with a NEC LC890 rev 47.2 has any ideas on how to
overcome this, please feel free to butt in with suggestions. Again, Jay,
