One final tip. If you're exploring or enter conference, use a low baud, 300.
If you know what you're going to be doing, and have planned ahead, use the
highest baud rate you can, preferably 2400 (GO PHONES to check for local nodes
that can handle those speeds) Spending long times here is cheaper at 300, but
downloading/reading at higher speeds can be a lot less expensive. Have fun,
