Michael: >>>> CIS I'll take you up on that suggestion. Do I use a word processor to save ASCII text file and download to your NUM adderess on CIS ?? I'm getting into the paperless thing. :-]]<<< Well I wish I could help ya out on this one, but to tell the truth I am not shure how to send a file to a specific CIS user 🙁 But I am shure someone will chime in here and enlighten the both of us. As far as what format to use…..ASCII would probably be the safest. I also use Microsoft Works as a word prossesor if you have a copy of that.< Don't know if someone's already helped you on this question, but here's what *I* do: I file off the person I'm going to e-mail's last post and call it up once I'm offline, then access my address book and type the name&address in. As for sending a file, go to "Send file" in the mail menu and, when you get the "TO" block (the very first thing when you get into the Send File dialog box), hit ENTER and look for their name in your address book. From there, just follow the dialog box's instructions… And yes, it's generally a good idea to send text files in ASCII format, unless you know the person on the other end's software. Hope this helps, Tim Liebe
