Thanks for the further input. Much appreciated.
I've used to PC's so I guess I would prefer to use a DOS or WIN platform.
Thanks for the idea on using the 'Edit Controller' approach – but I don't think
this would prove appropriate since we may have to do many different tapes for
customers each day. Hence the possible use of CDROMS or high capacity drives.
