— Demo of WinImages Release 3 now online — As promised, we have uploaded a working demo of our extraordinary WinImages image manipulation software. Here are just some of its exciting features: Fire Object-Oriented Morphing Texturing & Embossing Lightning Object-Oriented Warping Perspective & Rotation Rainbows Composition & Montage Multiple Undo, Redo Auras Camera Flares & Rings AI Color Specification Lenses Image Format Conversions Transparency & Alpha Turbulence Animation Process & Generation Multiple Images & Views Waves Image Processing & Editing …And much, much more! The demo is fully functional, with the exception that it will not save images or animations (it WILL create animations locally and allow you to play them to see what it can do!) Once the demo is installed, you will have over ten megabytes of online documentation that should help to answer almost any question you might have. If not, ask me, and I'll be happy to try and provide an answer. The demo consists of eight files. One is the readme style text file that describes the installation and so forth. This is the WI_0_7.TXT file. You should download this first, then get the rest of the archive after looking WI_0_7.TXT over. The other seven files are ".zip" archives of the 7 install disks: WI_1_7.ZIP WI_2_7.ZIP WI_3_7.ZIP WI_4_7.ZIP WI_5_7.ZIP WI_6_7.ZIP WI_7_7.ZIP Briefly, you download the seven .ZIP files, format seven HD (1.44 meg) disks, unzip the disk images, and then run the install from disk one. Once the install completes, you're ready to go. Any comments you may have about the demo are most welcome. If you decide to redistribute the demo in any form, please take extra care to keep all eight files together so that the demo will continue to work. Ben Williams for Black Belt Systems
