The program you are looking for is called "ZeroClear.lharc". Or
something like that. I think it would either be in AmigaTech Lib #11 or
AmigaUser Lib #12 or 9. Theses are all guesses on my part. But if you
still cann't find the file, ask the question again and address your message
to one of the SysOps. (If you don't have a SysOp ID # handy just "SysOp"
will do).
