The Developer's Kit is only available from CBM, but the librarian of a
local user's group tells me that he's allowed to give the includes &
Amiga.lib to members. Can't verify that since I'm not a member & don't know
CBM's policy on this, but you might want to ask around locally.
For $40 you can get the includes & Amiga.lib along with a superior compiler
from Matt Dillon, that is, by registering DICE. I did this a few months ago
and consider it the best software investment I've made for my Amiga. For
$40 you get the 3-disk DICE system + 1 free upgrade ($10 value) + up to
five mail or email notices of future releases. And when he finds a
publisher, you'll get $40 off the commercial price.
I spent a few months with PDC & Sozo-C. I erased both a few hours after
downloading the shareware version of DICE. And the registered version come
with documentation, lots and lots of documentation. Covering DICE specific
features and the standard ANSI functions & the DICE utilities.
A sided note, the December release fo DICE will be the LAST shareware
release. After that, it will only be registered or commercial.
