Mark, If the A500 is stealing signifigant sales from your attempted A2x00 series sales than one of two things is happening (more likely a combination of both). Either your dealership is not attracting the appropriate customers to purchase the A2x00 series, or your dealership is doing a poor selling job. Sorry to be so blunt, but, the truth of the matter is that you can tell in a 5 minute conversation with a customer what machine is right for them and the rest of the time needs to be spent assuring the customer in their mind that this is the right machine for them. Either you are selling A500's to people who should have 500's, in which case if you want to make a higher profit on A2x00 machines you should devote more time to advertising marketing targeted towards those sales. Or you are doing a poor job of convencing people that should have A2000's (or A2500/30, A3000) that this is the correct choice for them. Call all your A500 customers 6 months and 12 months after their purchase and ask if they are still happy with the A500 or if they would rather have an A2x00. If they would like to upgrade then you know you didn't do a very good job selling, because you should have projected this need for them. True, some people will buy A500's despite what you tell them and then regret it latter, but if this is happening very often, then your sales staff/dealership is not being trusted by your customers and you need to take steps to correct this. Personally I think it would be a bigger marketing flop to leave all the A500 owners behind when the harware can still easily support the upgrade path. Do you want cutomers thinking that CBM is intentionally underdeveloping the A500 so they can sell more A3000's? GoodLuck, -Jason71341,533
