The only public version of C++ that I know of is the distribution from the
GNU folks. It is a very portable code and will likely make the transition
to the Ami without real difficulty (If it hasn't already).
As to Lattice C++, It is available, but the accounts that I have heard of
it are not good. I have heard that SAS (They bought the rights to the
Lattice compiler market) is planning a C++ version 'soon'. The Lattice
version is a pre-2.0 C++; some significant features of the language are
missing as a result.
