Morning Bill, The storm is over and now it's just plain cold. Yes, I did watch the deleteing files part. When I went to open the workbench disk I noticed there was no RAM or shell. All I have is the trashcan, prefs, utilities, and system icons. At the top it says 916192 Free Memory. So, I went back to the one of the copy lines and tried to put the shell back in. I put the regular (copy of) workbench in Df0: and the other workbench in df1:, used the copy command – COPY DF0: SHELL#? DF1: . I checked df1: dir, and the two shell files are there, however, when trying to open them I got a requester saying to put NEWCON in any drive. NOW what did I do? Are you sorry you met me yet? Jacquie
