Allen, he usually tries to make it over here. However, Commodore permits him time to work on that one forum, and whatever he does over here is done on his own time – and he has to pay long distance phone rates at that. So, it is better if you post questions that someone from Commodore needs to answer over there in the forum set up just for that. Dave is extremely helpful, going far beyond what he has to do in order to help people get problems solved, and to get information from Commodore. He cannot announce things they haven't announced, or give us information that they have not released, but he sure is good help on getting problems solved. Consider this: There are four Amiga forums, and three Commodore 8-bit forums. Think of the difference in time involved in reading all seven of those PLUS the one he is assigned to manage. Also consider that he is allowed only a small part of his work day for telecomm support, spending most of it on telephone support. Why should we make it any harder on him than we have to?
