This is a bit odd, Jamie. If I read your message correctly, you *have* tried your preferences setting at 60 lines per page with your HP set for the same. These are the values you should use. They are recommended by HP. There's an unprintable top and bottom margin that reduces the amount of possible text, unless you want to fiddle around with the Verticle Motion Index… I doubt you want to do that, though.
