Thanks Bill, I have tried using zero top and bottom margins. I think it may be in my software. I have found that some programs send the extra lines and some don't. Ppage works great and Pen Pal does too. But some of the others send the extra 3 spaces. I'll keep searching 🙂 Thanks! Jamie
