I have said all this before, but maybee the problem is your dealer. You should take your buisness to a dealer who would have been glad to copy the Janus 2.0 disk for you and would have at least let you read through the manual in the store. Too many people go rock bottom price dealers to make their purchased and then they are upset when they don't get good (or any) after sales support. Or worse they go to a horible cheap dealer to buy the harware and then try to get service from another dealer who provides better service, but charges more. Good dealers include the cost of after sales support in the cost of the products they sell, and you can't blame them for not wanting to provide service to people who spent there money elsewhere. Now, you are probably going to tell me that there are very few dealers who will provide good customer service, so you might as well find the best price. That is probably true, but the sad fact is that is the weakness of the Amiga market, bargin hunters killed all the business for dealers who would have provided good service, and now their are very few dealers who can sell to new computer (or new Amiga) owners and convince them that they will get after sales support. Thus, they go to the more comfortable Apple dealers. -Jason-
