Interesting….my own experiences with the company, both before and
after I was a sysop here have been nothing but positive. In fact, I like
their modems so much, when we needed to replace a bunch at work, I ordered
10 Supra's from my local dealer.
That's not to say everyone's experiences will always be positive,
and obviously you are unhappy…but I believe your experience was atypical
of the way Supra deals with customers.
