It's an Emulex-Persyst FASTRAM IV multi-function card. It has a
serial port, parallel port, clock-calendar (battery backed), game port and
EMS RAM (which will also backfill to 640k on the board) card that can be
expanded to a total of 2 Meg of RAM.
Unfortunately…they're no longer made, but several folks here have
found one, or the Thesys board that's identical at electronics parts
houses.
