In what way does the Pre'spect cable-plus-IBM/TTL monochrome differ from
connecting up a plain-vanilla monochrome/green monitor with a simple
RCA-plug cable ?
I would be very interested in a low-cost monochrome flicker-free video for
AMAX but had always assumed that the only way(s) to really eliminate
flicker were via de-interlacing and long-persistence phosphor screen – but
that IBM/TTL monochrome was mostly crisp-tight text because of using 9×14
character fonts instead of 8×8 ?
What is that cable doing ? – da – via Whap!
