I think that wherever it is here that we say "Full names only, no profanity, no spitting on the sidewalk, etc." you should add something to the effect that all software sales that take place through the Classified section are expected to be bona-fide transfers of the original and all existing copies of the software and associated documentation in the possession of the seller. Mike P.S. A question: What would the reaction be if someone posted a reply to a Classified to the effect of "Sending the disks is too much hassle. Just upload the software to a file and e-mail it to me." Or if someone said in a classified "If you're in a hurry to get this, I will be happy to upload the software to a file and e-mail it to you."
