They seem to work fine, including DosShell, The one problem (Besides Atime) that I am having, is creating a file through Jlink i.e. JLINK D: RAM:RAMDISK /C But I just did the "creating" in XT mode and then went back to reading and writin' in 386 mode, which works fine… Fred E.
