Bruce, if you use the ENFORCER QUIET command, then the system doesn't slow down any. I shouldn't have even mentioned the CPU NoDataCache, so don't use it 8^) You don't need to activate the BridgeBoard every time you boot. In fact, I've got mine on a script using ICONX so that it only activates the BB whenever I want it to. Here is the script I'm using: C:Enforcer Quiet C:BindDrivers C:Run > NIL: SYS:PC/PCDisk C:Run > NIL: SYS:PC/Services/TimeServ C:Run > NIL: SYS:PC/AMouse C:Run > NIL: SYS:PC/PCWindow "SYS:PC/PC Color" C:Run > NIL: SYS:PC/LPT1 After you have created the above script using a text editor, and saved under the filename "Bridgeboard", create or use a PROJECT icon making the Default Tool "IconX". Then what you need to do is go into your Startup-Sequence and remove the BindDrivers command, and others that start up the Bridgeboard. Keep in mind that if you have a Hard Drive that requires a Binddrivers command, you cannot delete it from the Startup-Sequence. John – K7KB (via Whap!)
